Launching of our second Rehab Center

Rehab ministers in the new Center

The last Sunday of November we’ve celebrated the launching of our second Rehab Center. We’ve been praying for the broadening of our ministry so that we could have place for women’s ministry as well as for post-rehabilitation stage. This second Center is the answer to our prayers.

The vision for the Center came 9 months ago (it reminds me of something :)). After lots of consultations and prayerful discussions we made an agreement with a Baptist church which has an old and very simple wooden home close to our location. The second floor was used as a warehouse. We agreed to turn it into a Rehab Center. The place didn’t have

water, heating, windows. Having very limited finances we started the work by faith and made separate entrance, warmth-keeping jacket, windows, well, water system, sewage collector, heating system. Finances were coming during the work. Four different churches and several individuals donated some money and materials for the project. We still need many things to do – kitchen, inner walls, beds, etc – but the place is already livable! We have two brothers in charge of the post-rehabilitation ministry, but need a minister for the Rehab program in the new Center.

We praise the Lord Who helped us to go so far and believe that He who began a good work in us will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus (Php. 1:6).
